Paul Rees is the managing Director of Centurion Risk Assessment Services Ltd, the world's leading specialist hostile environments field safety training company based in the UK. Paul spent 21 years in Her Majesty's Royal Marine Commandos. In 1995, he designed the Hostile Environments and Emergency First Aid Training course (HEFAT) for media frontline staff. Since then, Paul and his fellow special forces instructors have extended their training to over 18,000 personnel worldwide, from a range of media companies, who regularly travel and work in volatile environments, to UN/Aid workers, NGO's, travellers and businesses.
