Position: Team Sports Psychologist
I am a Chartered Sport & Exercise Psychologist and have been specialising in using psychology to help competitors improve performance in motorsport since September 2002. I have worked with racers at the highest level of British Superbikes. I am currently the team sport psychologist for Centurion Racing in British Supersport and have also worked with young car racers in Formula BMW.
Having taken a sabbatical from my consultancy, Brain-Tuned Sport Psychology Solutions, I am currently employed as a Sport Psychologist at the University of Worcester, where I lecture in: Applied Performance Psychology; Sport & Exercise Psychology; and Child Motor Development, in the School of Sport & Exercise Science.
As Coordinator of the Sport Performance & Coaching Centre, I help a variety of competitors, from a wide range of sports, to enhance their levels of performance.
Through my links with the Sport Performance & Coaching Centre, I also have the facilities and staff to assess physiological and biomechanical performance.
