About Centurion Racing

Centurion Racing was established in August 2005 after seeing the potential of their very first rider for the team, after watching him test. It was decided to establish the team from what it was to what it is now, Centurion Racing. Vast changes were needed and implemented during the 2005 season. It was a gamble to make such dramatic changes mid season, but it paid off.

Centurion Racing was forced to restructure the entire team and layout, from team members roles to the race colours, these changes were needed and certainly proved beneficial. A 42-foot race truck was delivered and sprayed in the teams colours in preparation for the 2006 season. Since then Centurion Racing has taken delivery of another race truck, which also is used as the focal point for the CJRF (Chris Jones Riders Fund).

After employing a young rider in 2006 the team dominated the British Supersport Cup campaign with 12 wins out of 12 races. This made world history as no other race team had ever achieved this.

This year 2007 has seen the Supersport Cup remaining with Centurion Racing as Westy Westmoreland secured the Cup for the team in his first ever Supersport season.

With his sidekick Dan 'Ferret' Cooper, both riders have proved to the Supersport class that they have enormous potential on the track and both will remain with Centurion Racing for the 2008 season.

With the additional signing of Dennis Hobbs (3rd place in the 2007 British Supersport Championship), the team are looking forward to what will be one of the most exciting phases of the build up of the team. All three riders will compete in the British Supersport Championship for 2008 on new Honda 07/08 bikes.

Centurion Racing offer a fantastic opportunity for companies to share in the teams success as you would be guaranteed exposure, company logos on the leathers, race bikes, race truck, PR material and coverage on live networks such as Sky Sports and ITV1.
